How can I return or exchange my order?
We only accept returned products for the reasons below:
- Wrong delivered item
- Defective item
- Damaged item

Please be advised of the terms and conditions regarding returns and exchanges
Please make sure that the original copy of the Sales Invoice is with you.
Requests for return or exchange must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery or receipt of the item/s.
- Item/s for return or exchange must be unused, in good condition as delivered, and in original packaging. This does not apply to items found defective upon purchase.
- All returns and exchanges are subject to approval and evaluation of items.
- The mode of refund will be based on the original payment mode.
- The return shipping costs will be shouldered by Vertext if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)
- Processing of refunds shall take 7 working days from the date of approval for cash payments and may take an additional 15 days for credit card and online bank payments, which includes bank processing.
- If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
